Description
DW-13 enhances volatile thiol aromas (passion fruit, grapefruit, gooseberry and guava) and produces esters (tropical fruit salad, floral).
Recommended for
Can be used for white wines and other white-fleshed fruit wines.
Dosage
- For fermentations smaller than 100L: 1 grams per 1L
- For fermentations larger than 100L: 25 grams per 100L
