Refund policy

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days after the delivery or collection of the product.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

A 10% handling fee will be applicable to all returns.

In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees incurred.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return policy requirements, we will initiate the refund process.
