Tannin mix (100g)

A Tannin mix especially selected for fruit wine. This 50g packet is enough to treat, on average, about 70 -100L litres of fruit wine.

Tannin provides for excellent fruit wine ageing and counters any blandness in wine by providing a slight astringency. Too much Tannin will provide tartness to the wine which should be avoided.

Start with a dosage of 1g per liter wine and add more if required, but avoid mor ethan 1.4g per liter wine to avoid the tartiness.
