Premium Alembic Copper Potstill (Handmade in Portugal)

Product description:

Hand beaten copper at it's best. 100% copper with brass fittings. 

Sizes: 

• 500 Liters - Allows you to distill over 200 bottles (750ml) of spirits at 43% alcohol per batch depending on the alcohol content within the fermented product.
• 200 Liters - Allows you to distil a good 60- 80 bottles (750ml) of spirits at 43% alcohol per batch depending on the alcohol content within the fermented product. 
• 100 Liters - Allows you to distil 30- 40 bottles (750ml) of spirits at 43% alcohol per batch depending on the alcohol content within the fermented product. 
• 60 Liters - Allows you to distil 15-20 bottles (750ml) of spirits at 43% alcohol per batch depending on the alcohol content within the fermented product.
• 25 Liters - Allows you to distil 6- 10 bottles (750ml) of spirits at 43% alcohol per batch depending on the alcohol content within the fermented product. 
• 5 Liters - Allows you to distil 2-4 bottles (750ml) of spirits at 43% alcohol per batch depending on the alcohol content within the fermented product.
• 2 Liters - perfect for gin infusion working from neutral spirits. It is especially used in craft distilleries which are presenting gin experiences where clients can infuse their own gin at the distillery. 

Heating and cooling: 

• This still should be heated by a gas burner (not included) 
  
• Water hose for cooling not included

• Thermometer NOT included and is sold separately. Please see this link to our Analog thermometer (big) that can be fitted to the still.
