Distillers Maize (1kg)

Distillers maize has been milled to a very fine granule to increase surface area , which results in a higher starch conversion to sugars. This is because the endosperm containing the starch molecules has been separated from the non starch component.

Bourbon should be 51% Maize, recommended to use with American oak blocks.
