The Mash and Lauter Tun is an essential piece of equipment for any grain distillery. Its innovative design enables efficient and convenient conversion of starch into fermentable sugars. With a jacketed boiler, the grains are protected from direct contact with the heating element, preventing them from burning onto the elements.
