Product description:

Soxhlet extraction is a widely used laboratory extraction technique for efficiently extracting compounds from solid samples such as plant materials.  This method involves a continuous cycle of solvent percolation through a sample placed in a thimble, with the solvent collecting in a siphon-like extractor flask. The cycle is repeated until the solvent becomes saturated with the extracted compounds, promoting maximum extraction efficiency. 

This 2 inch soxhlet extractor should be placed on a boiler with a 2 inch ferrule. 

Specifications:

  • 2 inch Soxhlet extractor with glass chamber (300mm)
  • 2 inch Glass, S/s condensing tower with water inlet/outlet
  • 2 inch - 1.5 inch reducer
  • 1 x 2 inch clamp + seal

Terms and conditions:
