Thank You

Thank You for the content, loved it ALL, one suggestion, would love to see practical done with grapes, for those wanting to do pot stilled or normal brandy, specifically... i.e. best grapes to use, harvesting, juicing, treatment, aging, enhancement etc. etc. (Still rate the course a 5 irrespective)

W1 Brandy & Mampoer - done!

I have now done C1 (introduction to distilling), W1 (brandy / mampoer) and W4 (gin). The practical sessions were very useful. I would suggest that the slides be included in the course manual, as that will give you one place to make notes. It definitely helped to have done this course after I already tried a number of runs on my own, and after I made some mistakes. The course highlighted my mistakes and put me on the right track.
