This still is the perfect desktop unit. It produces between 4-6 750ml bottles of spirit per distillation. Its modular design allow for the addition of various attachments such as the gin aroma basket, reflux extension, distilling parrot, essential oil extension and more!

  • It is designed to be connected to a vacuum pump to create a vacuum, which allows distillation to be done under a lower temperature than normal. This is particularly important when making gin from heat sensitive botanicals such as cucumber and rose petals.

13lt pure Beauty

As an Engineer I tend to thoroughly analyse and research before making any purchase. I initial intentions are to distil separately, apple and pear ciders and then blend them 70/30 respectively to produce a 'Calvados' similar to the appellation AOC Calvados Domfrontais.
The beauty for the 13lt still besides its obvious aesthetic beauty is its ability, with minor adaptions to morph into a multi-function still. All the necessary adaptions being available at Distillique. Well done on developing a fine alembic pot still for the home distiller or for the larger distiller wanting to test various recipes.
