Molasses: Treacle 3

Product Description: 

Treacle 3 has fewer fermentable sugars than treacle 1, but has more flavour. Ideal for heavier rum production. The addition of sugar is advised when an increase in alcohol yield is wanted.

Total Brix - 79.80
Invert sugar - 16.27%
Total fermentable sugars - 44.2%
Sucrose - 26.53%

Note:

Each batch will have slight differences in its fermentable sugar concentration. A sugar analysis sheet will be given with each batch.
