Description:

This strain is ideal for grape based fermentations for Cognac/ brandewyn. This strain produces high concentrations of esters during fermentation, contributing to the complexity of the product.

Recommended use: 

Use for fruit fermentations. Great for white grape fermentations.

Dosage

  • For fermentations smaller than 100L: 1 gram per 1L
  • For fermentations larger than 100L: 40 – 60 grams per 100L
