Description

This yeast is specifically cultivated for high stress fermentations conditions, such as high temperature, low pH and high alcohol that standard brewing yeast will not be able to tolerate.

Recommended for

Starch bearing materials as dry sweet potato, maize, rice, cassava, sorghum, etc. as well as molasses fermentations.

Dosage

  • For fermentations smaller than 100L: 1 gram per 1L
  • For fermentations larger than 100L: 30 grams per 100L
