Yeast: DV818 (100g)


BV818 shows a high tolerance in stressful environments such as washes with high SO2 concentrations and low nutrient content and performs well in cooler fermentation temperatures. It enhances varietal aromas and flavours in white wines. It has an excellent flocculation, prompt sedimentation and forms a compact yeast lees.

Recommended for

Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc. This strain works well for Champaign production as well as cider production.
