Maltodextrin (500g)


Maltodextrin is a natural, non-fermentable sweetener used in the production of beer and cider.

It is mainly added to enhance the mouth feel of your end product by offering a smooth and rounded finish. 

Maltodextrin can be added just before bottling. Keep in mind that it needs to be mixed thoroughly in order to completely dissolve. 


·         20 – 40 grams per liter of beer/cider

       500 grams (enough for 12,5 L of product following the maximum dosage rate)
