W4 - ONLINE Infused Spirits Course (Gin and Botanicals, Spiced Rum)
This online Course covers everything you need to know in order to work with Botanicals as a Flavorant for Spirit Enhancement purposes. You will learn to make Gin, and Master the Principles of Vapor Infusion and Infused Distillation, which can also be applied to other Spirit Categories like Spiced Rum, Liqueurs and Spirit Aperitifs.
Please note that the C1 - Introduction to Distilling Course is not a prerequisite for this course, but it is recommended in order to understand where Gin falls into the structure of all Spirits Categories, and to understand the difference between Spirit Enhancement (Ginning) and the processes of Fermentation and Distillation.
NOTE: You have 3 months access to complete the course - after that extensions are available on a month to month basis.
