Gin is huge at the moment and will continue to be into the foreseeable future.
But if I want to make a Gin, except for Juniper, what else can I put in my Gin?
Am I sticking to the old standards of Angelica Root, Coriander, and Citrus Peel, or am I going to be adventurous?
How do I choose Botanicals for Gin?
Anyone making Gin or doing Product Development on Gin should consider the following factors:

- Is it safe and legal?
2. How many Botanicals am I going to use?
3. Are there any Logistical Implications regarding my
- Transport
- Import Permits
- Exchange Rate
4. What is continuously available throughout the year?
5. Will I still be able to find the Botanicals in large enough quantities as my Brand Grows?
