Yeast: EC-1118 (100g)

Lalvin EC1118 is perhaps one of the most used yeasts by distillers. It has a high
sugar and alcohol tolerance for fermenting up to 17 or 18% abv.
Dosage: 20g per 25l Fermentation
Ideal for fruit mashes and sugar only washes. For sugar washes, remember to add
yeast nutrients.
This yeast is also known as "champagne" yeast and are used quite often to revive
stuck fermentations.
