Post Distillation Equipment covers all Distillation Equipment and Distillery Equipment used during the Spirit Enhancement Processes, as well as Spirit Storage or Holding.  

What is Spirit Enhancement Processes?  

In general, the term Spirit Enhancement Processes can be applied to any Process, Procedure, Treatment or Technique applied to Spirits after Distillation.

These include, but are not limited to:

3. Infusion
4. Barrel Aging
5. Blending
6. Coloring
7. Mouth Feel Enhancement
8. Sweetening
9. Texture or Viscosity Changing
10. Flavoring
11. Dilution

Many of these techniques also have sub categories.

For instance, under Filtering we find:

Under Infusion we can differentiate between:
